At EZPasal, we are committed to providing quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Because we focus on domestic fulfillment, we are able to offer faster resolutions and more reliable delivery.

1. Order Cancellation
We move fast to get your items to you! Because of our rapid processing:

Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 Hours: Orders typically enter the processing phase and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

How to Cancel: Please email us immediately at support@ezpasal.com with your Order Number in the subject line.

2. Delivery Guarantee & Timelines
Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping: We provide free domestic shipping with an estimated delivery of 3–7 business days.

Delivery Guarantee: If your order has not arrived within 21 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund or a one-time replacement at no extra cost.

Claim Period: Requests must be submitted within 15 days after the 21-day delivery window has expired.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we will make it right.

Reporting: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Evidence: You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage or the incorrect item received.

Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.

4. “Change of Mind” Returns
We want you to love what you bought. If you wish to return an item for personal reasons:

Window: Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our domestic warehouse. Since we provide free shipping on all outbound orders, original shipping costs are not an issue.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Incorrect Address: The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Unclaimed Packages: The package was refused by the recipient or not picked up from the local post office.

Customer Damage: The item shows signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
